Orange acquires Spain's Simyo from KPN

Orange has completed the acquisition of Spanish MVNO Simyo, a KPN subsidiary. Simyo has around 380,000 mobile customers in Spain and already uses the Orange network. No financial details related to the transaction have been disclosed.

Orange will continue using the Simyo brand, and Simyo will continue operating as a MVNO on the Spanish market. The acquisition will have no impact on Simyo’s existing customers, who will continue to receive the same tariffs and services.
