RIM launches mobile device management service

Research In Motion announced that its mobile device management service BlackBerry Mobile Fusion is now available for customers. First announced last November, the service allows businesses to manage employee phones and tablets, including BlackBerry, Android and Apple iOS devices. The service costs USD 99 per year or USD 4 per month, with a two-month free trail available as an introductory offer. Customers can manage device settings over a web-based interface, including security, remote access, IT management and software update features based on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. iOS and Android devices will also require the download of a free client app from their respective app stores in order to access BlackBerry Mobile Fusion.
