Samsung Galaxy S3 sales hit 10-million mark
Samsung Electronics has seen Galaxy S3 sales hit the 10 million mark, less than two months after the device's official release, news agency Yonhap reports citing Shin Jong-kyun, the president of Samsung's information technology and mobile communication division. He did not give exact figures.

Samsung grows Q2 profit 48%

Samsung Electronics saw its second-quarter net profit grow 48 percent year-on-year to KRW 5.19 trillion. The company's sales rose 21 percent year-on-year to KRW 47.60 trillion, and operating profit surged 79 percent to KRW 6.72 trillion.
