
T-Mobile won four of six performance categories measured. Verizon was still first in 4G availability, which measures the proportion of time customers have access to a particular network. Verizon lead with 86 percent, while T-Mobile moved up to second place with 83 percent, AT&T was at 80 percent, and Sprint came last at 70 percent. Sprint did come first in low latency though, with a 4G response of 57 milliseconds.
