Tunisiana aims for IPO in H1
Tunisian mobile operator Tunisiana plans to list its shares on the Tunis stock exchange in the first half of 2011, Reuters reports citing the chairman of key shareholder Qatar Telecom (Qtel). Sheikh Abdallah Al-Thani said the company is trying to speed up the process to allow the listing to take place in the first half of 2011.

Orascom Telecom announced that it has completed the sale of its entire shareholding in Orascom Tunisia and Carthage Consortium (Carthage), two companies through which OT owns 50 percent of Tunisiana, to Qtel.
