VTB to sell 50% stake in Tele2 Russia
Russian VTB group plans to sell a 50 percent stake in mobile operator Tele2 Russia to a group formed by three Russian investors, reports Digit.ru citing VTB chairman Yury Solovyov. One of the companies is a subsidiary of the Bank of Russia, the second investor is related to Alexander Mordashov, Russian businessman. The size of the deal totals over USD 1.8 billion.
