
Xiaomi has released four new affordable smartphone models under its Redmi brand, including a low-cost 5G phone. The Redmi Note 10 series will go sales in March and April starting at USD 199.
The Redmi Note 10 is the cheapest model, starting at USD 199 for 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. It goes up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage for USD 279. A 5G model will cost USD 199 for the standard version and USD 229 for 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
The 4G Note 10 comes with a 6.43-inch Amoled display, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 678 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It will come in a choice of grey, white or green, with a quad rear camera with 48-megapixel main sensor.
The 5G version uses Mediatek's Dimensity 700 7-nm chip and has only a triple camera and 18W charging. It adds a 90 Hz adaptive display, NFC and another blue colour option. The slightly different Redmi Note 10S also comes in blue and adds a 64-megapixel main sensor to the quad camera, MediaTek's Helio 95 chip and dual speakers. It starts at USD 229 for 6 GB RAM ands 64 GB storage and goes up to USD 279 for 8 GB+128 GB.
Finally, the Redmi 10 Pro is the most expensive, ranging from USD 279 to USD 329. It comes with a 6.67-inch, 120 Hz Amoled display, quad camera witrh 108-megapixel main lens, the Snapdragon 732G chipset and a 5,020 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It will be available in grey, blue or bronze.
