Italian MVNO Optima Mobile, operating on Vodafone's 4G and 5G network, has reactivated a plan first offered earlier this year with 150GB of data for under EUR 5 a month. Russian operators launch 5G in major cities

Russian mobile operators MTS, Beeline, Megafon and T2 have launched 5G services in major cities. MTS said that its 5G services are available on the 4.9 MHz band in Moscow, St Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Ufa with speeds up to 1.5 Gbps.
