The answers were divided in the following categories: costs, TV, internet, telephony, provider, advice and other. A maximum of five answers was allowed. The top 24 answers are shown. Base: consumers with a package of two or three of the following services from the same provider: TV, internet and fixed telephony (n=1,438). Survey period is April 2011.
