Portuguese satisfied with fibre but not with mobile internet
There is a higher rate of satifaction among Portuguese consumers with internet connections via fibre optics, with broadband internet receiving the most criticism, according to a study conducted in November 2012 by consumers' association Deco. Fibre connections obtained 69 satisfaction points out of a possible 100, against 61 points for cable internet, 52 points for ADSL and 48 points for mobile broadband.
