ACM delivers new analysis of unbundled access market

Monday 20 July 2015 | 15:04 CET | Author: Bart Garvelink | Background
Dutch regulator ACM has conducted a further analysis of the broadband market following criticism from the European Commission of its draft decision. The attempt to strengthen the argument behind its original conclusion - that incumbent KPN still must be regulated - looks more closely at the hypothetical scenario of an unbundled access market that also includes cable networks. Following discussions with Brussels, the ACM expects its new analysis will pass the EC's approval.
