Covid-19 to have long-lasting impact on business telecom market

The immense, sudden impact of the global Covid-19 pandemic has created enormous challenges for businesses, governments and especially the care sector. This has led to widespread home working and increased use of remote services, all requiring high levels of security. The challenges extend to business telecom and ICT providers serving these and other enterprise customers. We look here at what the impact of the crisis on the business telecom market may be, from near-term economic pressure to long-term support for digital transformation.
