Disney shareholders push for more investment in Disney+

Disney, one of the world's biggest media companies, is having a hard time lately, with much of its business suffering from the coronavirus crisis. Its entertainment parks and cruise ships are nearly at a standstill, production of TVs and movies is delayed, live events are cancelled, ad revenues are falling on linear TV, and few cinemas are open to distribute new films. Added to that is pressure from shareholders to ramp up the company's streaming business, something Disney appears to be trying in its latest corporate reorganisation.
