Eelco Blok one year later: a 'grand plan' for KPN starts to take shape

Eelco Blok has been CEO of KPN for almost one year now, but has yet to end a string of bad news from the Dutch operator. Recent developments include the suspension of top management at subsidiary Yes Telecom and the inability to reach a settlement with regulator Opta. However, appearances may deceive, and it looks more like Blok is turning KPN into a decisive and more prepared company.
