EU considers new roaming compromise: RLAH+

The Latvian presidency of the EU has made a new proposal for regulating roaming prices in the EU. While the European Parliament passed legislation in April 2014 calling for an end to roaming surcharges by the end of 2015, it appears EU consumers may still have to pay a bit extra for a few more years.
