Fewer downloaders as streaming services become more popular

The number of Dutch consumers downloading free digital content has fallen to around a quarter of the total. That compares to 41 percent at the end of 2018. According to the latest survey by the Telecompaper Consumer Panel, 73 percent said they no longer download free videos, games or music. Of those who still do, 77 percent said they did so less in the past year.
