Google - Motorola Mobility: one year on

Google announced plans to reduce the workforce at Motorola Mobility by 20 percent, as well scale back management and close a number of offices. Google hopes the restructuring will keep costs under control at Motorola. We give here an overview of the deal that last year cost Google billions.
