Growth opportunities in the FMC market

Monday 30 April 2018 | 12:50 CET | Author: Chiel Boerrigter, Erik Compter | Background
Customers taking both fixed and mobile services from an operator are more likely to recommend the provider than customers taking only fixed services, research by the Telecompaper Consumer Insights panel has found. The survey follows T-Mobile and VodafoneZiggo launching FMC offers in the past year. While growth in FMC is slowing somewhat at KPN, the first to launch such offers in the Netherlands, and more so at its unit Telfort, there is still significant potential for VodafoneZiggo and T-Mobile on the market.
