KPN grows households served in Q3 - helped by Solcon takeover

Monday 30 October 2017 | 12:32 CET | Author: Tim Poulus | Background
KPN had another difficult quarter in Q3, as revenues continued to fall and costs struggled to match the decline. A positive point was that the number of households started to grow again. Growth in fixed-mobile subscribers has slowed, the single-play's time is over, the triple-play has passed its peak, while the dual-play is growing. A note of caution applies given the takeover of Solcon, the effect of which is not completely clear in the numbers.
