KPN in Q2: turnaround nearing in broadband, mobile not yet

KPN's second-quarter results offered few surprises. The outlook was maintained, and most attention went to the sharp cut in its dividend, the acceleration in job cuts and an early start to its LTE network in the Netherlands. What's most interesting though is whether there are signs of a turnaround in its performance, especially at Consumer Mobile and on the broadband market, at the division Consumer Residential.
