KPN Q2: growing household ARPU, business turnaround and higher margins offer small hope amid declining customers trend

KPN's second-quarter results offered few surprises, and the company maintained its full-year outlook. The management called the results "solid", which is slightly strange when the revenues are lower (slightly higher excluding regulation) and the customer base is starting to shrink. More positive is the small improvement in margins. Costs are trending lower, but the revenue per employee is not growing.
