KPN Q4: the push for bundling puts 5 mln 1P accounts at risk

KPN's fourth-quarter results met its full-year targets. After a drop of 1.3 percent, revenues were at their lowest level in a long time, while the margin was well above the year-earlier level. The outlook for 2017 is positive, with higher EBITDA (if the impact of roaming cuts is excluded) and lower capex. Nevertheless, there was still some cause for concern in the underlying results. A relatively large number of customers for some individual services were lost. While the penetration of bundling is increasing, KPN is not converting all its single-play customers to multi-play subscribers. A
