KPN's 'new reporting': new divisions, new cost split, fewer operational details

KPN is changing the way it reports its results starting with fiscal year 2016. The division structure is changing, with Consumer Residential and Consumer Mobile combined into a single Consumer division. The NetCo will be split into a Wholesale division and a division Networks, Operations & IT. A number of small income streams will also be shifted to different areas. The divisions will no longer report internal and external sales, as the network becomes a cost centre, but there will still be a relatively small 'intercompany revenues' line at group level.
