Last week in telecoms: Proximus, KPN and T-Mobile borrow billions, Inmarsat and McAfee agree takeovers

Proximus, KPN and T-Mobile Netherlands were among the companies raising debt in the past week, with a notable difference in interest rates based on credit ratings. Inmarsat and McAfee were targeted by billion-dollar takeovers. The EU issued its annual digital economy index comparing member states, while Ericsson reported on the evolution of 5G operators. On the regulatory front, antitrust cases against Google Shopping and Amazon moved forward.
