LTE gets going in Europe, but auctions still awaited

TeliaSonera was the global pioneer in building LTE networks, starting in Stockholm and Oslo in December 2009, but Deutsche Telekom is quickly catching up. How are other European countries progressing with LTE? And is this really an important question?
