Netflix focus on original content depends on further international expansion

Netflix reported good results for the first quarter, despite a net loss and negative free cash flow. Its strong focus on original content is continuing alongside international expansion. If all goes to plan, the content costs will be spread over a growing number of subscribers, creating a type of flywheel effect. While the company appears on the right track with its strategy, it still faces a number of risks that could throw it off course.
