Netflix grows content budget to hold off newcomers, market remains confident

Much has been said already about Netflix's disappointing subscriber growth in the second quarter. We take another look, now that the dust has settled and more new services have been announced in the streaming market. How vulnerable is Netflix with the arrival of newcomers on the market? The company is ramping up its originals budget, while consumers show interest in Disney+, and the market shows little fear about the future of Netflix.
