Too soon for internet-only, but operators ready

The number of streaming OTT services continues to grow. The American content players are expanding abroad, while the telecom operators focus on their TV Everywhere apps to offer channels over the internet. In theory, this would seem to support a growing number of internet-only offers, but the Dutch market does not seem to be ready yet.
