UK mobile operators focusing on enhancing offers to increase customer loyalty and ARPU

In May 2018, BT launched its new strategy for delivering converged products, bringing together broadband, mobile and Wi-Fi. As part of this, BT's mobile brand EE enhanced its postpaid offer, giving customers access to BT Sport on multiple devices.  3 UK has also been expanding the services linked to its mobile offering, announcing a partnership with Easyjet in July 2018 to help promote its roaming offer. Vodafone recently added extra countries to its roam-like-home destinations, while O2 launched a Family plan in July 2018.
