Vodafone NL shows how to rebalance with data-centric deals

Vodafone Netherlands reported organic sales growth at 5.4 percent in the fiscal 2010/11 full year, including the effects of regulation. Without these effects, growth would have hit 8.9 percent. On the other side, KPN and T-Mobile Netherlands had to make do with a decline of roughly 5 percent. The cause of this striking difference? Vodafone was on time with its introduction of 'data-centric' subscriptions. In this article we analyse Vodafone NL sales. Vodafone Netherlands reported its fiscal full year to end March, showing a revenue decline of 7.5 percent to GBP 1.672 billion. EBITDA fell 7.2
