Weekly news summary: DoJ vs Google, more IPOs, Quibi quits while Salto launches

Last week's news saw the US justice department bring charges against Google for abusing its dominant market position. In other telecom news, significant investments in fibre networks were announced as well as more new 5G networks, while new services included a handset subscription offer from Google Fi and French OTT TV service Salto. The short-form video provider Quibi meanwhile called an end to its subscription service.
