Why Epic Games' legal battle against Apple will fail

Epic Games, the maker of the popular game Fortnite, is fighting the 30 percent commission charged by Apple for sales via its App Store. Epic started offering Fortnite outside the app store in order to avoid the commission, and Apple banned the company from its store for violating the conditions of service. Epic tried to appeal the ban in court, but was unsuccessful.
