Wi-Fi: Ziggo and Virgin Media can share ideas

The question is often posed in the telecom sector whether a new service or product is complementary or substitutes an existing product. For example, is a tablet complementary to a computer? (No, it replaces it, as the fall in computer sales shows). Is LTE complementary to broadband? (Partly, but also a substitute, as every minute on a mobile connection can't be spent on a fixed network). Is Skype complementary to traditional telephony? (Idem dito, given the large number of voice minutes, although the number of fixed-to-mobile minutes over Skype is still limited). Is OTT complementary to
