Netherlands heading towards unsustainable situation of 3 gigabit networks

The Dutch market for superfast networks is becoming more complicated. Subscribers will in future have a choice of none, one, two or even three networks. Most will have access to two types of fast connection, but is that enough for healthy competition? This could change with a player not afraid to build a third network.
