Ziggo risks losing more customers from 2022 if it doesn't invest in new content

Ziggo recently lost its rights to show Formula 1 from 2022. Did the Dutch operator make the right decision to withdraw from the bidding war? The cost of content may be rising, but the company risks losing customers with a less attractive offering on Ziggo Sport. We will see from 2022 whether its customer trends deteriorate further.
