New Zealand operator 2degrees has announced its approach to customer care in response to the impacts of Covid-19. 2degrees has removed data caps. The operator reports that 96 percent of 2degrees broadband customers are already on unlimited data plans. For those who are not, the company will remove data caps until the end of June. This applies to all home and business customers. Additionally, 2degrees reports that if Covid-19 causes financial hardship to any of its customers, the company will keep them connected, and waive any late payment fees.
