3 UK stops taking on new business customers

Tuesday 24 April 2012 | 10:56 CET | News
3 UK has decided to stop signing up new business customers and focus instead on the consumer market, Mobile Today has learnt. The refocus is believed to threaten 14 jobs within the operator's business division. It will continue serving SoHo customers with up to four connections and honour all existing contract. B2B customers currently make up around 0.5 percent of 3 UK's overall customer base. A company spokesperson told Mobile Today that it had decided to focus on the consumer market and would no longer actively market to larger businesses.
