3 UK threatens court action unless auction rules changed

3 UK CEO Dave Dyson said the current rules covering 5G and improved 4G services will edge out the smaller operators and give BT and Vodafone UK domination over the UK market, the Financial Times reported. Dyson said that unless Ofcom builds more safeguards into the process, it will have "no option" but to mount a legal challenge to the auction process.
