4iG completes acquisition of Invitech ICT Services

Hungary's 4iG said it completed the acquisition of Invitech ICT Services after the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH). The announcement comes after 4iG entered a sales contract in mid-September with Invitech ICT Services' owner, Cyprus-based Rotamona, to become the owner of Invitech ICT Services.
