74% of Germans in favour of net neutrality rules - study

Nearly three-quarters (74 percent) of German consumers say they are for the equal treatment of users on the internet under net neutrality and reject the concept of paying providers extra to surf the web at faster speeds, according to a new survey of 1,011 Germans from Dimap on behalf the DIVSI, Germany's institute for internet security.
