80% of US TV homes have at least one connected TV device - Leichtman

A good majority (80%) of US households with a TV have at least one internet-connected TV device, against 74 percent in 2018 and 57 percent in 2015 and 24 percent in 2010, according to the latest study from Leichtman. The percentages mean there are now 400 million connected TV devices in US TV households, from 250 million in 2016, not including set-top boxes that can be used to access content from the internet.
