A1 introduces customer service call-back feature

Austrian operator A1 introduced a call-back function on its customer service line for selected requests. Since mid-July, the operator runs a pilot of the new service, which allows business customers to arrange a call-back if there is a long queue on the hotline. The calls can be scheduled in 10-minute intervals at a time suitable for the customer, mostly within the same day.
