A1 offers paid technical assistance with Helferline

Austrian operator A1 extends its A1 Guru customer service with an external service in cooperation with the startup Helferline. The services will be provided from July in a three-month pilot operation. Both private and business customers can thus promptly get a paid technical consultation from independent consultants certified by Helferline.
