A1 plan to change company structure suspended

The plans of the Mexican owner of the Austrian partially state-owned operator A1, part of Telekom Austria G, to transform the Austrian operator, together with other seven subsidiaries of the group, from joint-stock companies into limited liability companies have been temporarily suspended, after the talks with the America Movil's CFO Carlos Garcia Moreno, who came to Vienna and has been brought around by the trade union's arguments, opposing the transformation.
