A4 launches cross-screen targeted ad service for OTT, connected devices

A4, Altice USA's cross-screen targeted advertising company, has introduced a national, cross-screen OTT service for advertisers looking to reach highly targeted audiences in streaming environments and through connected TVs (CTV). A4 said the addressable OTT/CTV ad product is powered by fully authenticated household data. With the service, users can identify and reach their audiences across all screens within a single household and in all formats. This means users can measure and analyse the reach and frequency for all devices inside the universe of the target household.
