ACM confirms cut in termination rates

Dutch regulator ACM has confirmed a cut in termination rates, following no comments from the European Commission on its draft decision. The new fixed termination rate will be 0.139 cents per minute, and the mobile rate drops to 0.581 cents per minute. The decision is valid from 01 July for three years. The new rates are based on the Pure Bulric cost methodology recommended by the EC.
