ACM considers new investigation of T-Mobile zero-rating

Dutch regulator ACM is considering extending its investigation of T-Mobile's zero-rated music offer to see whether it complies with the EU's net neutrality guidelines. The ACM lost its initial case against T-Mobile, after a court decided the regulator could not use the Dutch Telecommunications Law to vet T-Mobile's offer, as this contradicted EU law. The ACM did not look in its first investigation at whether T-Mobile was in line with the net neutrality guidelines from EU regulator Berec, focusing only on the Dutch law, which has a stricter interpretation of net neutrality in terms of price
