ACM hopes to complete speed test tool this year

The European net neutrality regulation went into effect at the end of April last year. From that moment, the European definition of net neutrality started applying, including the need for speed transparency. ACM has published an overview of activities in the twelve months since the regulation kicked in, until April of this year.
