ACM issues guidelines on mobile network sharing

Dutch regulator ACM has published draft guidelines for telecom operators on how they can cooperate on improving network coverage and capacity. These provide guidance on sharing infrastructure sites, as well as other forms of network sharing not yet in use in the market.
