ACM ordered to amend MDF rates again in KPN margin squeeze case

The Dutch corporate appeals court has ordered telecom regulator ACM to amend a decision from 2018. The so-called ND-5 case concerns a long-running dispute over the tariff caps set by the ACM for MDF access in the period 2009-11.
